King size tablecloth made of pure flax fabric from the beginning of the XX century.

Given its excellent quality, this amazing pure flax wool tablecloth was probably meant for gala dinners or very special occasions.

It fits an oval table or a very large rectangular one and has a special central design, with a very visible bobbin laced edge (industrial but hand-applied) and pulled-thread decorations. The result is the perfect mixture of industrial and hand-made production of the time, that is the very first attempts to combine the industrial process of textile fabrication and the traditional hand-embroidery style, in order to speed up the production process.

A precious decor item if you want to add an elegant vintage touch to your dinner table on really special occasions.

State of conservation:

Already washed, no blurs or stains. On demand we could make matching tissues with the same original vintage flax fabric of the tablecloth (some remains from the tablecloth fabric were preserved for that purpose at the time).
