The purchased products will be shipped within no more than two (2) working days in Italy and within four (4) working days in European and non-European countries as of order take-over by Harmattan. Please visit the dedicated section (insert LINK to the “Shipping” section) for further information.

• WHAT ARE THE CARRIER SERVICES PROVIDING THE SHIPPING?
The shipments addressed to Italy, Vatican City, and San Marino are appointed to the carrier service of TNT Italia, whereas DHL provides shipment to all the other countries.

• HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER? HOW DO I KNOW IF IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED?
If you reside in Italy, the delivery should occur within a few days from the shipment confirmation. According to both the distance and undergoing customs controls, delivery times may be longer in the European and non-European countries.
You will receive an e-mail with a tracking link when the shipment occurs to monitor the delivery’s progress, which helps you keep track of your order. If something exceptional comes up, we will promptly notify you. We take care of that just to meticulously present the natural state of the articles under consideration. We are always very accurate with the descriptions and photos supplied with the items. The patina of the fabrics or the wear of time on some antique objects is always reported – in full transparency. We are happy to carry out customizations and tailor-made works, but they are not always available for all the objects included in the shop. However, we will be glad to hear about your request and to likely reply and propose alternatives.

• CAN I SEND AN ITEM AS A GIFT TO ANOTHER PERSON?
We always carefully pack the items we are going to ship. We can offer and create original gift wrapping if the purchased item is intended to be for another person.
You just have to specify in the notes – which you can find within the shipping form – that the item you are ordering is a present. Harmattan performs this type of intervention upon request on the fabrics for sale. Also, following a prior feasibility assessment, it is available to carry out whitening operations on trousseau or heirloom linens being part of your belongings.
