Beautiful art nouveau inspired hand-made vintage linen curtains, with special design and embroideries in the center.

This curtain was designed at the beginning of the XX century, and was maybe originally meant to have a special valance on the top edge. Its refined details convey a timeless charm and an elegant beauty that make it a really unique piece. Made of a soft vintage natural linen, its center is decorated with some very special embroideries and some colorful decorations.

The basket and the symbolic characters on the front are hand-painted and are highlighted by the embroideries surrounding them. Curtains have two layers of threads, that is a double hemstitch layer to hold the folds on the side, and a second one, on the inside, with four sided stitch in a light blue shade.

Tassels on the bottom are made of silk and give an extra chic touch to the overall set.
